By purchasing, accessing, or using the GetPassReady course, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.
2. What GetPassReady Provides
GetPassReady is an online exam preparation course designed to help students prepare for the Louisiana Life, Health & Accident insurance producer licensing exam. This course is intended solely for educational and exam preparation purposes. Completion of this course does not guarantee passing the state licensing exam or obtaining a Louisiana insurance producer license.
3. License to Use
Upon purchase, GetPassReady grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the course content for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This license is for individual use only. You may not:
- Share your access code with others
- Reproduce, copy, or distribute any course content
- Use the content for commercial purposes
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy course materials
4. Intellectual Property
All course content, including text, questions, explanations, graphics, and design, is the exclusive property of GetPassReady LLC and is protected under U.S. Copyright Law (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.). Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
5. No Guarantee of Results
GetPassReady provides exam preparation content in good faith. However, we make no guarantee that use of this course will result in passing the Louisiana insurance licensing exam. Results depend on individual effort, study habits, and other factors outside our control.
6. Payment & Access
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your access code is unique to you and activates a 1-year access period from the date of purchase. Access codes are non-transferable.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use GetPassReady in any way that violates applicable law, infringes on intellectual property, or disrupts the service for other users.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetPassReady LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use this course.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
