- Your access code has not been shared with another individual

2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- More than 7 days have passed since the date of purchase
- You have accessed or completed more than Module 1
- Your access code has been shared or used by another person
- You have already downloaded or printed your certificate of completion
