The proctored final examination consists of 50 questions randomly selected from a proprietary bank of 150+ questions, with answer choices randomized on each attempt. You certify that: (a) you are the enrolled student and will complete the examination personally without assistance; (b) you will not use course materials, notes, textbooks, or any external resources during the examination; (c) you will not share, discuss, or disclose examination questions or answers with any person before, during, or after the exam; (d) you understand that violating examination integrity may constitute fraud and could result in denial of your insurance producer license by the LDI.
Violations of this Agreement may result in: (a) immediate termination of course access without refund; (b) civil liability for copyright infringement including statutory damages up to $150,000 per willful infringement under 17 U.S.C. § 504; (c) criminal prosecution for willful copyright infringement under 17 U.S.C. § 506; (d) reporting to the Louisiana Department of Insurance; (e) injunctive relief. LIA reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies.
